Almighty and Eternal Father, in your goodness, bless and sanctify this Image of The Divine Mercy, Your dearly beloved Son, which has been fashioned to reveal to us the great love of our Crucified and Risen Savior, The Divine Mercy Personified. Help us recall to our minds the streams of Blood and Water that had gushed forth from His pierced Heart to be for us a continuous fount of mercy. Grant to all who invoke Your Mercy with this Image before their eyes, the grace of true repentance, pardon and peace. Shield them from every danger to soul and body in this life.

Jesus, our loving Savior, establish in this Image the Throne of Your Mercy. Pour out upon all of us, who approach it with faith and trust, the purifying, healing and sanctifying rays of grace ever emanating from it as a blazing star. Gaze upon us as you did from the Cross with your great love and mercy so that we may be filled with your grace.

Through this Image, may Your Divine Mercy triumph over all the powers of evil. May all who venerate this Image never perish. May it be their joy in life, their hope in death, and their glory in eternity for ever and ever.

BENDICION DE LA IMAGEN EN EL DOMINGO DE LA DIVINA MISERICORDIA

Padre todopoderoso y eterno, por tu bondad te pedimos que bendigas y santifiques esta imágen de la Divina Misericordia de tu Hijo amado de quien se ha formado para revelarnos el gran amor de Nuestro Salvador crucificado y resucitado, verdadera Divina Misericordia personificada. Ayúdanos a mantener vivo en nuestras conciencias el recuerdo de tu sangre y agua derramadas delante de quienes con la lanza perforaron tu Corazón conviértiendolo para nosotros en una fuente inagotable de tu misericordia. Concede a todos los que piden tu misericordia teniendo delante de sus ojos esta imágen, la gracia de un sincero arrepentimiento, perdón y paz. Protégelos de todo peligro en el alma y en el cuerpo en esta vida.

Jesús, bondadoso salvador, coloca en esta imágen el trono de tu misericordia. Vierte sobre todos los que se acerquen a ella con fe y confíanza la pureza, la salud y la santidad, rayos de gracia que emanan siempre de tu imágen como estrella encendida. Fija tu mirada sobre nosotros, como lo hicistes desde la cruz, con tu grande amor y misericordia, de modo que podamos llenarnos de tu gracia.

A través de esta imágen, Tu Divina Misericordia triunfe sobre el poder del enemigo. Que todo aquél que venere esta imágen nunca perezca. Que sea su alegría en vida, su esperanza en la muerte, y su gloria en la eternidad por los siglos de los siglos.
